Our practice is committed to improving.  As part of that, we utilize the SurgiSurvey system to collect basic data on our patient outcomes and identify how we can get better.

SurgiSurvey is an automated data collection system that allows us to track how well our patients are doing after surgery. You will be asked if you would like to participate at the time of surgery. If so, you will be emailed an 11 question survey assessing your progress a few times over the course of the next year.  There is no cost to you, and the information collected is both secure and HIPAA-compliant.
